Who is Hayley Kiyoko?
Hayley was born April 3, 1991 in Los Angeles, California into a family of an actor and a figure skater. She was accepted to New Jersey University but declined since she wanted to focus on her show business career opportunities. Kiyoko played Velma on Scooby-Doo!
