Who is Ellen Pompeo?
Ellen was born November 10, 1969 in Everett, Massachusetts. Her by far most famous role is Dr. Meredith Grey in popular TV series Grey’s Anatomy, This show started in 2005 and still continues in 2014. Pompeo’s ancestry is Italian, Irish and English. Her first role was on one episode of Law & Order in 1996. Her notable movies include Catch Me If You Can, Daredevil, and Art Heist. Pompeo won People’s Choice Award for Favorite TV Drama Actress in 2013. It was of course for her role as Dr. Grey.
